Hazards Identified and Risks Arising Camera could get wet, or damaged on uneven ground	Risk Assessment and Proposed Precautions Make sure that camera stand is firm and can stand up on its own before filming or using the camera

THIS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE THE PRODUCTION CAN GO AHEAD I have read the above and am satisfied that: It constitutes a proper and adequate risk assessment in respect of the programme activity and that the precautions identified are sufficient to control the risks.
